About The Position

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in supporting and executing influencer and UGC campaigns across our key markets. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in creator partnerships, campaign management, and reporting. This is a hands-on internship with real responsibility. From day one, you will be involved in influencer campaigns, creator relationships, events and reporting, while having the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects and initiatives. Requirements

• Passionate about social media, content, fashion and influencer marketing
• Familiar with the influencer landscape in both the Netherlands and Germany
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or HBO degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business or a related field, and have completed your first year of study
• Strong communication and organisational skills and enjoy managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, and feel confident taking ownership of your responsibilities and driving tasks forward independently
• Strong interest in social media trends, content creators and the digital landscape
• Enjoy building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn, take initiative and contribute ideas
• Available full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
• Available for 5 months starting in February 2027
• Must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship
• Must be an EU citizen, OR on a Family/Partner visa, OR a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and meet specific requirements (mandatory part of curriculum or university willing to sign a third-party agreement)

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and reach out to influencers, content creators and UGC creators across our key markets.
• Support the execution of influencer and UGC campaigns from briefing through to reporting.
• Assist with PR seeding activities.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, including shipment tracking, content planning, go-live schedules and deliverable management.
• Create influencer and UGC briefs and support the development of campaign concepts and activations.
• Review influencer content and support approval processes to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Manage campaign administration within CreatorIQ, including creator onboarding, campaign tracking and performance monitoring.
• Support influencer, ambassador and community events and activations where needed.
• Collect campaign results, analyse performance and contribute to reporting and evaluation.
