About The Position

This internship focuses on Market Research and Product Development. The intern will conduct market and competitive research, analyze customer feedback and sales data, and partner with cross-functional teams to support product initiatives. The role involves tracking product performance, maintaining organized data, and assisting with ad hoc projects. Diamonds Direct seeks individuals with a strong work ethic, passion, ownership, and humility, referred to as RHINOs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunities
