Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Exposure to end-to-end product development and merchandising strategies
  • Hands-on experience with market analysis and consumer insights
  • Opportunity to influence product decisions through research and data

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunities
  • Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry insights to support product decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, operations) to align on product initiatives
  • Track product performance and compile reports with actionable recommendations
  • Maintain organized product data, research findings, and documentation
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and presentations as needed

Benefits
