About The Position

As an Internal Communications Intern in Emory University’s Department of Communications and Marketing for Summer 2026, you’ll become part of a select intern cohort that will be immersed in the higher education communications experience. Your role will involve supporting our internal communications team through various projects, day-to-day operations, and offering your own fresh perspective. Requirements

• Available for 20 hours each week during the summer 2026 semester.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree (B.S., B.A., M.A., or M.S.) with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing and presenting.
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
• A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• A positive and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with graphic design, project management, and content management software is a plus.
