About The Position

The Emory University School of Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development summer intern will work closely with the office director and other team members on a variety of projects which consists of assisting with project management; data and survey management; production of presentations and reports; and coordinating special events. The ideal intern will work 8-10 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Ability to successfully work independently, remain organized and meet deadlines
  • Ability to set consistent working hours
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • This position requires you to reside in the State of Georgia

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in program and/or project management
  • Preferred experience with data management in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Assist with special program and/or project management, organization, and assistance
  • Assist with data entry and data management within systems such as Qualtrics and Excel
  • Assist with the development of flyers and presentations in PowerPoint and/or Canva
  • Assists with compiling information or data for reporting
  • Assists with social media post development
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
