About the role: The HR Tech team drives HR transformation by building and running digital HR solutions that turn strategy into seamless employee and manager experiences. As an HR Project Office Intern, your mission is to help drive HR transformation by supporting HR transformation and IT systems projects and hands‑on project execution across the HR portfolio. What you’ll learn: How HR transformation is driven through HR IT systems and digital initiatives in a global organization Hands‑on experience supporting HR transformation and IT systems projects from planning to execution Practical project management skills, including structuring tasks, tracking progress, and supporting end‑to-end project delivery Exposure to how HR strategy is translated into concrete digital solutions and operational processes Working with cross‑functional stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams in an international environment Using data, documentation, and project insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement Understanding change, governance, and ways of working in large‑scale HR transformation initiatives Developing professional communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills in a global HR Tech context You will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to ask questions, learn fast, and contribute. We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for the Electrolux Group.

Requirements

  • You are a student in Business Administration / Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Behavioral Science, Business Information Systems, Digital Business, or similar Project Management oriented programs
  • Passionate about building a career in Project Management within HR or other functions
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, EU/EEA citizenship, Swedish permanent residence, or a valid Swedish residence and work permit that does not require employer sponsorship.

  • Courses taken in Project Management are preferred

Benefits

  • The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
