About the roles: Our Finance Internships offers active students the opportunity to gain real-world experience at Electrolux Group Headquarters in Stockholm. As an intern, you will join one of our Finance teams – Accounting & Financial Reporting, Business Controlling, Cost Modeling, Risk Management, Tax and Treasury – and work hands-on with professionals who support business performance at the group level. You will gain exposure to how Finance drives decision-making in a global organization and, in the process, develop practical skills and professional confidence. What you’ll do: Your responsibilities will depend on your Finance area and may include: Getting hands-on experience in supporting financial analyses, reporting, and follow ups that influence real business decisions Learning the fundamentals of budgeting and forecasting and help track how the business is performing Turning data into insights by working with financial figures and understanding the story behind the numbers Taking part in Finance projects and improvement initiatives where your ideas and curiosity are welcome Collaborating with colleagues from around the world, gaining exposure to an international, team based work environment You will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to ask questions, learn fast, and contribute. We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for the Electrolux Group. Please note that Electrolux Group does not provide visa sponsorship for internships. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, EU/EEA citizenship, Swedish permanent residence, or a valid Swedish residence and work permit that does not require employer sponsorship. Please note that Electrolux Group does not provide visa or relocation support for internships. Where you’ll be: You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students. Requirements

  • You are a student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Passionate about building a career in Finance
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
