Our Procurement internship offers you the opportunity to gain real-world experience across areas such as Direct and Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier Performance, Sustainable Procurement, Procurement Analytics & Digitalization, and Risk & Resilience. What you’ll learn: Negotiation fundamentals – how to prepare, participate in and support supplier negotiations on cost, terms and value creation Strategic sourcing basics – how sourcing strategies are built and translated into category and supplier decisions Supplier management skills – tracking performance, understanding KPIs, and collaborating with suppliers to drive improvement Data-driven decision‑-‑making – using analyses, dashboards and insights to support procurement and business choices Sustainable procurement practices – integrating sustainability, compliance and responsible sourcing into daily work Stakeholder collaboration – working cross functionally with Finance, Operations, Sustainability‑ and internal partners Professional communication & project skills – presenting insights clearly, managing tasks, and working in a global environment You will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to ask questions, learn fast, and contribute. We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for the Electrolux Group. Who you are: You are a student in Business Administration / Management, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Finance / Controlling, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Sustainability / Environmental Studies, or similar Passionate about building a career in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Comfortable working with numbers and data Curious, motivated, and eager to learn Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks A team player with good communication skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Please note that Electrolux Group does not provide visa sponsorship for internships. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
