This summer internship program offers opportunities within Famehouse (direct-to-fan marketing and e-commerce) and Bravado (music, fashion, and culture merchandising).

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree.
  • Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028.
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future.
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week.
  • Interest in finance and accounting.
  • Motivated to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Billing: responsible for all invoices and credit memos.
  • Assist the credit department with all paperwork needed for collection of past due invoices or charge back from invoices.
  • Accounts Payable: responsible for onboarding vendors and coding invoices.
  • General Accounting/Finance: assist in supporting team month end close.
  • Assist with Sales invoicing.
  • Assist with Accounts payable.
  • Provide support to the finance/accounting team as needed.
  • Assist in various projects focusing on improvement of order planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments daily.
  • Input and maintain inventory data and analysis.
  • Assist Logistics team and track delivery statuses for inbound and outbound product.
  • Support Production Operations team with billing and goods receipt verification.
  • Contribute to process optimization in various projects.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product Development and Brand Management departments.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams.
  • Ad-hoc Operations projects as-needed.
  • Organize and maintain sample drawers and collections in office.
  • Issue sample POs and production POs to vendors with accurate costs, descriptions, SKUs, and units.
  • Create SKUs, UPCs, item cards, and generate POs directly in Navision Citrix.
  • Work regularly in Monday.com, updating boards with relevant production information for e-comm launches, INTL production orders, and overall product development tracking.
  • Handle sample shipments and other shipment requests from management.
  • Submit comp requests directly with the warehouse and manage progress.
  • Create buy sheets using existing templates and update product information, costing, PO details, etc. in real time as information is received.

Benefits

  • Salary: $17-$20 per hour
