Hunkemöller is seeking an E-commerce Photography intern to join its Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) program, starting in February 2027. The internship lasts five months, and applicants must remain enrolled at a school or university throughout the full internship. The intern will support e-commerce photo shoots and related production, studio planning, sample management, and coordination with internal teams, model agencies, and freelancers. The role also involves researching fashion marketing trends and AI innovations, and managing small projects. Interns may assist with campaign and social shoots when needed. The internship requires 40 hours per week devoted to internship responsibilities. School assignments may be completed in consultation with the assigned buddy, but thesis writing is not permitted. For 40-hour internships, working from home is allowed up to two days per week depending on the role; arrangements may vary during onboarding. The intern will participate in the BIIR program alongside more than 50 other interns, with learning opportunities including Personal Branding and Business Innovation & Presenting trainings, a CEO and CFO Q&A, and a Dragons’ Den. An assigned buddy provides personal coaching. The company describes its work environment as empowering, playful, inclusive, and welcoming. Applicants must meet the stated Dutch-law eligibility conditions: be an EU citizen, hold a Family/Partner visa, or be a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands whose internship is mandatory in their curriculum or whose university is willing to sign a Nuffic Agreement. After application review, candidates are sent a gamified personality assessment that must be completed to proceed.
