About The Position

The Internship Development Coordinator, reporting to the Assistant Director for Internship Development, is crucial for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the VOLintern program and other internship initiatives within the Employer Relations Team at the Center for Career Development and Academic Exploration. This role focuses on advancing program strategy and growth, which includes developing internship opportunities, expanding partnerships, and designing program structures to increase access to experiential learning for students across all majors. Additionally, the coordinator manages the daily operations of the program, such as coaching VOLintern students, executing key program elements, serving as a main point of contact for employers and students, and coordinating internship logistics. This position acts as both a strategic and operational partner to employers and campus stakeholders, ensuring program quality, scalability, and positive outcomes for both students and employer partners.
