Interns play a key role in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency within our client success processes. While no specific expertise is required, familiarity with AI tools is advantageous. We know coordinating calendars is nobody's idea of a good time. So we built a faster path. Responsibilities

• Refine customer success processes and implement best practices
• Identify areas where AI and automation can replace repetitive tasks currently handled by our CS team
• Help develop and implement scalable solutions that deliver a great customer experience
• Improve the quality and accuracy of our offerings
• Ensure BrainStorm's customers are receiving the information they need to get value from the platform
