Requirements

2–3 years progress toward BS in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science with intent to complete degree.
Experience or coursework with metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and basic lab instrumentation.
Familiarity with data logging tools and Microsoft Excel or equivalent for tracking and basic analysis.
Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, fixtures and follow written procedures for equipment work.
Basic debugging and root-cause reasoning skills to identify and document calibration anomalies.
Strong attention to detail, effective verbal/written communication and ability to work in team environments.
US citizen or permanent resident required for export-controlled documentation access.

Responsibilities

Perform, track, debug and troubleshoot complex calibration procedures for backend semiconductor equipment using established protocols and measurement tools.
Inspect, maintain and assist with repair of calibration fixtures and support equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Log calibration results, maintain traceability records and support data analysis to verify equipment performance trends.
Identify opportunities and support implementation of process improvements to reduce downtime and improve calibration accuracy.
Follow and promote lab and facility safety requirements, participate in safety reviews and support corrective actions.
Work independently and within cross-functional teams to execute calibration projects and communicate findings to engineers and technicians.
