About The Position

This internship offers a comprehensive experience in the buying department, focusing on operational and hands-on tasks. The intern will be involved in sample management, preparing documents and samples for fittings, managing buying and e-commerce processes with the e-commerce team, checking bulk submissions, and handling various processes within the SAP order system. Additionally, the role includes preparing data and products for critical business meetings, providing general support to the Buying team, and managing the sample sale project.

Requirements

• Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels
• Highly motivated to learn and develop
• A creative eye & Demonstration of a commercial aptitude
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Currently enrolled in a study, which is ideally Fashion/Retail/product related
• Available for 5 months starting in February 2027
• Enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship
• Must be an EU citizen, on a Family/Partner visa, or a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and meeting specific requirements (mandatory internship or university willing to sign a third-party agreement)

Responsibilities

• Sample management for all incoming samples
• Preparing all documents and samples for weekly fittings
• Managing all buying/ecommerce processes, in collaboration with the ecommerce team
• Checking bulk submissions
• Handling different processes in the order system SAP
• Preparing data and product for business-critical meetings
• General support of the Buying team
• Sample sale project management
