About The Position

AECOM is seeking motivated candidates for internship and entry-level graduate opportunities at the North Carolina State Engineering Career Fair – Fall 2026. We are looking for students passionate about shaping a better world through innovative design, planning, and execution across various disciplines including Transportation, Environmental, Buildings + Places, Project & Program Management, and Water. This posting is to gather interest, and candidates will be directed to apply to specific open requisitions aligning with their technical discipline. Compensation will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Requirements

Currently working towards graduating with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in an engineering science or construction management field.
Eligibility and willingness to travel via air as needed for projects requirements.
Eligibility for US employment authorization.

Responsibilities

Shape a better world through innovative design, planning, and execution across a variety of disciplines.
Work on projects in Transportation, Environmental, Buildings + Places, Project & Program Management, and Water.
Potentially travel frequently to project site locations, including overnight travel.
Be eligible and willing to travel via air as needed for project requirements.
Attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
