About The Position

The Internet Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and converting inbound digital leads into appointments and sales. This role is critical to driving showroom traffic, maintaining fast response times, and delivering a consistent, professional customer experience across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by performance metrics.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internet sales, BDC, or call center experience preferred (automotive or powersports a plus), but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound internet leads (website, OEM, third-party, chat, text) within defined response time standards
  • Manage leads through the CRM from initial contact to appointment, sale, or disposition
  • Make outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to nurture active and unsold leads
  • Set and confirm appointments with the goal of high show and close rates
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM activity, notes, and lead status updates
  • Communicate effectively with Managers and showroom teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Follow approved messaging, scripts, and digital sales processes
  • Work daily task planners and unsold follow-up campaigns
  • Support promotions, inventory pushes, and manufacturer initiatives
  • Maintain professionalism and brand standards in all customer communications
