About The Position

We are looking for two experienced Internet Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team at Ridenow Powersports Georgetown. This role involves handling online sales inquiries, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving dealership revenue. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms. There is a clear path for promotion to Internet Sales Manager through internal advancement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high volume call center environment strongly preferred
  • Experience handling e-commerce sales leads strongly preferred
  • Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality
  • Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, online chat, and digital sales platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in internet sales, preferably in powersports (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft, automobile, etc.)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and looking to move into the Internet Sales Manager role thru promotion!

Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to online sales inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, and text communication.
  • Follow up with leads and assist customers in their buying journey.
  • Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to drive dealership revenue.
  • Maintain an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
