Internet Sales Specialist
About The Position
As an Internet Sales Specialist, you're often the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a vital role in understanding their needs, guiding them through the buying process, and helping them begin their journey with Tom Kadlec Honda. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers.
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the right vehicle options.
- Guide customers through the next steps of their buying journey.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM.
- Build lasting customer relationships through timely, professional communication.
- Work closely with sales, service, management, and other departments to ensure every customer has a seamless experience.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and assisting whenever needed.
- Support teammates throughout the dealership during busy times because delivering a great customer experience is everyone's responsibility.
