DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is now hiring Internet Sales Representatives. This is a performance-driven position with a loyal customer base, a trusted brand, and a supportive team environment. The role involves building relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process, demonstrating vehicles, producing new business, and achieving sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• No experience required – we will train you
• Previous sales or customer service experience, but not required
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• We are a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
• Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
• Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.
• Explain repair recommendations to customers and teammates.
• Arrive on time and contribute to a professional, team-focused work environment.
• Manage assigned work and ask for additional work when available.
