Internet Sales Representative at Kings Kia
About The Position
Kings Kia has an immediate need for an Internet Sales Representative to work for our Business Development Center by answering and distributing internet leads and providing great customer service to our large customer base. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to grow professionally in the automotive space. The applicant will handle internet inquiries from CincyAutos.com, inbound sales calls, follow-up on unsold showroom traffic, and be responsible for setting solid customer appointments. This position requires patience for our customers with questions and an upbeat personality.
Requirements
- Must be able to work assigned schedule
- Any customer service experience (may be call center, telemarketing, internet, inside or outside sales, etc.)
- Proficient computer skills for typing and working on the internet
- High school graduate
- Satisfactory employment references
- Pass background check
- Must be 18 or older
Nice To Haves
- Automotive background is a plus, but not required
