About The Position

The First Point of Contact for Every BMW Buyer. Every BMW we sell begins with a phone call, a web chat, or an internet inquiry. No purchase is completed without a visit to the showroom, and securing that visit is the central responsibility of this role. You are the first impression a customer forms of the #1 BMW dealer in New England. Tulley has been family owned since 1957. Our BMW franchise climbed from 8th in New England to 1st, and has held that spot since 2013. The Internet Sales Department you would be joining has grown 400% in four years by running on data instead of guesswork.

Requirements

You can hold a conversation with anyone and write an email that does not need to be rewritten
You are comfortable being measured. You will know exactly where you stand every day, and so will we
You chase the answer instead of waiting for it
You can juggle dozens of open conversations without dropping one
No automotive experience required. We would rather train the right person than untrain the wrong one

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, web chats, and internet leads from people already shopping a BMW, and turn those conversations into scheduled appointments
Re-engage customers who inquired but never visited. The majority of sales are earned in the follow-up rather than in the first conversation
Own a book of Tulley customers and keep them Tulley customers. Our lease and loan portfolio is the bread and butter of this store
Know the inventory perfectly, so you can speak to any vehicle in stock with authority the moment a customer asks
Keep your CRM clean. The next person who touches that customer is working off your notes
Confirm every appointment so the customer shows up, the car is ready, and nobody's time gets wasted
