The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all facets of the internet lead following up process.

Requirements

• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test
• No experience is necessary. We will train you!

Responsibilities

• Managing all facets of the internet lead following up process.
• Having knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers.
• Answer guest questions about cars, financing and purchase process.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and trade-in values for guest's vehicle.
• Appraising values for trade in and purchase.
• Pricing the inventory to sell.
