About The Position

Guntersville Chevrolet is seeking a driven and tech savvy Internet Manager to lead our online sales efforts and manage all digital customer interactions. This role is critical to our growth and requires someone who thrives on follow up, process, and performance.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive internet/BDC experience preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • CRM experience (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and process-driven
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone and digital communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage all internet leads from the website, OEM portals, third-party lead providers, and social media platforms
  • Ensure fast, professional, and consistent responses to all customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
  • Set, confirm, and track appointments with a strong focus on show and close rates
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and documentation in the CRM
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize internet lead conversions
  • Monitor and improve lead response times, appointment ratios, and sales performance
  • Assist in developing and executing internet sales processes and best practices
  • Maintain high CSI standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Support online reputation management and customer reviews as needed
