About The Position

Black Gold Harley-Davidson, a proud member of the RideNow Powersports family, is looking for a high-energy, charismatic BDC / Internet Sales Specialist who is just as sharp in person as they are on the phone. At Black Gold, we don’t just sell motorcycles; we build a world-class community. Whether a customer is a lifelong rider or someone looking for their very first bike, we provide the spark that starts their journey. We’re looking for a hybrid professional—someone with the digital hustle to chase leads and the "Texas Hospitality" to greet every guest with a handshake, a smile, and a VIP experience. You are the "Face of the Dealership" for every digital inquiry. You own the customer journey from the first click to the moment they swing a leg over a bike.

Requirements

  • Contagious energy, outgoing, professional demeanor, and ability to build a connection with anyone.
  • 1+ years in a dealership, retail, or hospitality environment. Experience in high-end automotive or powersports is a plus.
  • Sharp, professional email writing skills and strong phone communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make 80-120 touches a day.
  • Pride in a professional, "Harley-appropriate" presentation.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

  • Experience in high-end automotive or powersports.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internet inquiries and phone calls with lightning speed, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Welcome appointments, introduce them to the team, and ensure they feel like part of the family from the moment they walk in.
  • Turn "just looking" into a scheduled showroom visit.
  • Use text, email, and video to stay top-of-mind with customers, providing a premium, "white-glove" follow-up experience.
  • Maintain a flawless database to ensure every rider gets the attention they deserve.
