About The Position

This role is a combination of welcoming guests, managing the customer experience, and ensuring vehicle delivery quality. The Guest Experience Specialist is the first and last impression for customers, embodying the SVG Motors philosophy of a pressure-free, efficient, and customer-centric car buying process. This position is crucial in maintaining the dealership's reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction, ensuring every guest feels valued and important.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest who walks through the doors with intention and hospitality.
  • Share the SVG Motors story, highlighting its unique approach to car buying.
  • Ensure guests are not left waiting alone or feeling ignored when Sales Professionals are occupied.
  • Offer refreshments and escort guests to the appropriate personnel.
  • Create a positive and effortless waiting experience for guests.
  • Stand in at every vehicle delivery alongside the Sales Professional.
  • Conduct a complete vehicle orientation using the SVG Delivery Checklist, covering exterior, interior, technology, safety systems, and protection products.
  • Assist customers with phone connectivity (Bluetooth, connected services app) and ensure they understand how to use vehicle features.
  • Obtain signed customer confirmation of vehicle condition and delivery completion.
  • Present the Google review QR code at every delivery.
  • Conduct a full pre-delivery inspection on every sold unit before customer delivery.
  • Perform used car and service quality control by driving vehicles before and after service appointments to document and confirm condition.
  • Complete the Lot Ready Inspection on every vehicle before it is available for sale.
  • Flag condition changes, damage, or missing items on vehicles before they are returned to inventory or delivered.
  • Confirm photos, pricing review, and window stickers on every lot-ready unit.
  • Conduct daily lot walks to ensure vehicles are straight, clean, properly staged, and prices are posted.
  • Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and organization of the recon bay.
  • Coordinate vehicle readiness timelines with Sales and Service departments.

  • $10 per 4-star delivery rating
  • $20 per vehicle with no condition return within 30 days
  • Potential to earn $55,000–$65,000+ annually for strong performers
