The Guest Experience Specialist is the last impression made on customers who buy a vehicle and the first impression for guests walking in. SVG Motors prioritizes a no-pressure, efficient car-buying process with a focus on treating every person with importance. This position is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to execute the SVG Phoenix Process and Delivery Checklist exactly as designed.
  • Warm, confident, and genuinely comfortable with people.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
  • Takes ownership and addresses issues proactively.
  • Background in hospitality, customer service, automotive, or any guest-facing role is a strong fit.
  • The right attitude matters more than industry knowledge.

  • Automotive experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with intention, not a script, and share the SVG story.
  • Ensure guests do not wait alone or feel ignored when Sales Professionals are busy, and make sure they understand SVG's unique approach.
  • Offer refreshments, escort guests, and make waiting times feel effortless.
  • Create an experience that encourages customer referrals.
  • Ensure every guest feels like the most important person, regardless of purchase.
  • Assist in vehicle deliveries by conducting a complete vehicle orientation using the SVG Delivery Checklist, including exterior, interior, technology, safety, and protection products.
  • Connect customer phones via Bluetooth, guide them through connected services, and ensure they understand how to use purchased features.
  • Obtain signed customer confirmation of vehicle condition and delivery completion.
  • Present the Google review QR code at every delivery.
  • Conduct a full pre-delivery inspection on every sold unit to ensure quality control before customer delivery.
  • Drive used vehicles before and after service appointments, documenting condition.
  • Complete the Lot Ready Inspection on every vehicle before it is available for sale.
  • Flag condition changes, damage, or missing items on vehicles.
  • Perform daily lot walks to ensure vehicles are straight, clean, properly staged, and have posted prices.
  • Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and organization of the recon bay.
  • Coordinate vehicle readiness timelines with Sales and Service departments.
