About The Position

We are seeking motivated Internet Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat, converting leads into showroom appointments, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities and manage customer communications through our CRM system, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.

Requirements

• Auto Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience: REQUIRED
• Experience in appointment setting and sales performance
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

• CRM experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, text, emails and chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Convert leads into showroom appointments
• Build strong customer relationships and provide prompt follow ups
