About The Position
Lawless Jeep in Woburn is looking for an Internet Sales Consultant to join our team! The Internet Sales Consultant manages the complete digital sales pipeline and transitions online buyers into dealership customers. This hybrid role requires executing communication across email, chat, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years in automotive sales, digital retail, or customer service environments.
- Strong verbal clarity paired with error-free, professional writing skills for text and email.
- Proficiency using dealership CRM software, inventory portals, and video communication tools.
- Flexibility to work scheduled evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Responsibilities
- Respond to online inquiries via website forms, email, and live chat within target response times.
- Execute phone/text/email/chat outreach to answer product questions and secure showroom appointments.
- Meet pre-scheduled digital buyers at the dealership to facilitate vehicle viewings and test drives.
- Log all customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal progression details inside the CRM system.
