About The Position

Campers Inn RV is looking for an Internet Sales Associate to join their team. This is an on-site, full-process sales role focused on connecting with and closing digital leads remotely from their corporate office. Campers Inn RV is the Nation’s Largest Family-Operated RV Dealership with nearly 50 locations across more than 20 states. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be able to obtain State Salesperson License if required by state regulations.
  • Willingness to complete manufacturer and company product certifications as required for the role.
  • Demonstrated excellent computer skills, oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage a full remote sales cycle independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as required. Hours may include evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.

  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, company systems applications, including DP360 as the company's CRM, Motility, and other software as applicable.
  • Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports.
  • Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital leads through the full sales process, from initial contact and product education to quoting, financing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to close E-lead customers remotely.
  • Receive leads and work them through to a closed sale.
  • Quickly and effectively respond to customers via company platforms and online sources, moving customers from email to phone or video to build rapport and momentum.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate terms, secure deposits, and guide customers through credit applications and trade appraisals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of each product being sold, with the ability to speak credibly to floor plans, features, and comparisons.
  • Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team and coordinating delivery logistics with the customer's store.
  • Maintain an active, documented relationship with each customer in DP360 throughout the sales cycle.
  • Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.
  • Maximize conversion on assigned leads while delivering a customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.
  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization.
  • Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory.
  • Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management.
