About The Position

The Internet Photographer is responsible for capturing images of all vehicles on the lot and managing the digital inventory on the dealer's website. This role involves ensuring all new vehicles display factory and addendum stickers, and all used vehicles include Limited Warranty information, Buyer’s Guide, and selling price. The photographer will also inform management of any physical vehicle issues that could hinder sales, assist with days supply analysis, monitor website listings, update specials, and maintain relationships with manufacturer representatives. Adherence to company policies, dress code, maintaining a clean work area, punctuality, following schedules, completing required HR training, and reporting illegal activities are also key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

Takes pictures of all vehicles on lot
Maintains digital inventory on the dealer website
Informs management of any issues pertaining to the physical nature of any vehicle that might prohibit its sale
Assists in days supply analysis
Makes certain all new vehicles have factory stickers displayed and addendum stickers if applicable
Confirms that all used vehicles in inventory are displayed with Limited Warranty information, Buyer’s Guide information and a vehicle selling price
Maintains communication and relationships with manufacturer’s representatives
Assists in monitoring website listings and updating of specials
Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information
Follows the dress code the company has put in place
Maintains a clean and neat work area
Reports on time to work and follows schedule that is given
Calls supervisor if he/she cannot be at work on time
Keeps current with annual HR training along with any other training that might be required for this position
Follows all company policies and procedures
Informs supervisor of any illegal activity
