Responsibilities

Responding to incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
Engaging in continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer buying cycle.
Setting appointments and efficiently assigning them to the appropriate sales staff.
Keeping a daily log of appointments.
Maintaining clear communication with management.
Utilizing the dealership database for all customer interactions, tracking, and notes.
Sharing general updates about current inventory and specials.
Ensuring customers receive outstanding service at every step of their journey.
