About The Position
Elgin VW is seeking highly motivated Business Development Professionals to join their team as Automotive Internet (BDC) Representatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the dealership's CRM tool, handling internet leads, phone calls, and unsold follow-ups. This role involves close interaction with the sales department to maximize customer visits, ensure customer follow-up, and manage incoming phone calls. These are full-time positions, and comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements
- Highly motivated
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and utilize the dealership's CRM tool to its full capability.
- Handle internet leads, phone calls, and unsold follow-ups.
- Interact with the sales department to achieve maximum customer visits.
- Ensure customer follow-up.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
