About The Position

Kendall Auto Group, a family-owned and operated dealer in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Internet Appointment Coordinator. This role supports the dealership's Business Development Center and Sales teams by serving as the first point of contact for customers. The primary goal is to manage incoming online leads and phone inquiries, guiding customers to scheduled showroom appointments or facilitating a smooth handoff to a salesperson. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication ability, and a passion for customer service. Starting pay will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming internet leads via phone, text, and email
  • Engage customers to understand needs and move them toward a scheduled dealership visit
  • Set, confirm, and track appointments for the sales team using dealership CRM systems
  • Ensure timely and professional follow-up until an appointment is scheduled or transferred to a salesperson for direct follow-up
  • Distribute confirmed appointments to sales staff on a structured rotation
  • Answer inbound phone calls related to sales inquiries
  • Provide helpful information while focusing on scheduling appointments
  • Maintain a professional, friendly tone that reflects the dealership’s brand and customer experience standards
  • Assist the Business Development Manager with communication campaigns, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate lead records and communication logs
  • Support dealership marketing and customer outreach efforts as needed
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support dealership initiatives
  • Flexibility to assist with additional administrative or business development duties as needed
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience at every interaction
