Responsibilities

• Identifying sales leads through phone, email, chat, mailings, and tradeshows
• Qualifying leads
• Scheduling appointments
• Updating customer information
• Generating letters, postcards, and emails
• Logging customer comments and information
• Confirming scheduled appointments
• Rescheduling no-show appointments
• Following up with the sales department
• Contacting customers based on marketing initiatives
