Liberty Subaru's Internet Sales Department is not like your traditional Internet Sales team at most dealerships. Most will use what is referred to as a BDC Department or Business Development Center. BDC representatives will make calls throughout the day to pull their leads into the door. After conversing with their clients, answering questions, building rapport and scheduling appointments, the customer will come in only to work with a different sales rep and start from scratch. We are a little different here. We are with our clients from start to finish. This is key to building a long-lasting relationship. We call, email, assess needs, schedule appointments, test drive, build and price vehicles, train on all features and maintenance intervals. The key to our success is building rapport with our clients from day one when we first email or call them. We meet their expectations, exceed them, and continue to deliver great service months and years after they have purchased their vehicle.
