Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Availability to work long hours & Saturdays – A Must!
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

Responsibilities

  • Handling of incoming internet leads from a number of websites, and sources.
  • Prompt responses with outgoing phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
  • Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features.
  • Develop a prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments.
  • Follow up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
