About The Position

This is an opportunity to support and expand the US Export Controls, Tariffs, and CFIUS practice. This position is temporary, part-time and non-exempt with hours not exceeding 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in export controls administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
- Experience in matters within the jurisdiction of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
- Additional subject matter experience with economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Additional subject matter experience with trade remedy investigations under U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty and safeguard laws.
