About The Position

This role involves full-cycle recruiting for a group's positions across Europe and the Americas, with a primary focus on commercial and sales roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) end-to-end, ensuring the quality of candidate shortlists, and minimizing time-to-fill. The position requires active sourcing of passive candidates through various channels and managing recruitment across multiple markets including Spain, Switzerland, Serbia, Panama, the US, and wider LATAM. The focus will be on filling sales and commercial roles, as well as operational positions. A strong partnership with hiring managers is essential to align on requirements and deliver timely results. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required for posting roles and screening candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally agency/RPO or high-volume in-house.
  • Track record of filling sales and commercial roles.
  • Strong active sourcing skills; ability to find candidates proactively.
  • Native or near-native Spanish AND professional English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Experience recruiting across US and European markets.
  • Comfortable running an ATS from day one (Workable experience is a strong plus).
  • Self-managed and remote-proven, capable of delivering shortlists without daily supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
  • Active sourcing of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound outreach.
  • Recruiting across Europe (Spain, Switzerland, Serbia) and the Americas (Panama, US, wider LATAM).
  • Filling sales and commercial roles (field sales agents, sales managers) and operational roles (logistics, support).
  • Managing the Workable ATS, including pipelines, stages, and reporting, ensuring clean candidate data.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements, deliver strong shortlists, and maintain low time-to-fill.
  • Posting roles and screening candidates in both Spanish and English.
