About The Position

The International Program Administrator II provides strategic leadership for a complex portfolio of USF World Global Learning programs and is responsible for the development, oversight, advising, and assessment of international academic programs in an assigned portfolio, including faculty-led, affiliate study abroad, and exchange program offerings. Serving as a subject matter expert in program development and student advising, this position oversees the full lifecycle of program operations, including program design, financial planning and analysis, student advising, enrollment management (in collaboration with the recruitment team), risk mitigation (in partnership with the Global Safety and Health team), and post-program evaluation. This role leads cross-functional initiatives and drives continuous improvement of processes, systems, and program delivery to enhance operational efficiency, program quality, and student outcomes. The Senior International Program Administrator plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and advancing USF’s global engagement goals. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position partners with faculty, affiliate providers, exchange partners, and campus stakeholders to develop and sustain academically rigorous, financially viable, and accessible global learning opportunities. The role requires advanced administrative expertise, sound judgment in complex decision-making, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Education Abroad within USF World Global Learning, this position requires extensive knowledge of university policies, global learning practices, and study abroad operations, including pre-departure preparation and in-country program support. The Senior International Program Administrator also provides mentorship and functional guidance to staff and contributes to unit-level planning and strategic initiatives.
