Position Overview As an International Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in driving the company’s growth across corporate, rent-a-car and mobility channels. You will manage and develop multi-national partnerships while ensuring alignment between headquarters and local markets to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in International Key Account Management or Fleet Sales within the automotive or mobility sector.
  • Excellent communication, commercial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus)
  • Fluent English and German (spoken and written) and other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop international partnerships with strategic customers ensuring strong long-term collaboration and business development.
  • Lead and support commercial discussions, RFPs and multi-country contract negotiations with key partners, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities across markets to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
  • Implement and oversee international framework agreements ensuring full activation and consistent execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex business initiatives and secure alignment across regions and departments.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the customer and opportunity database, ensuring high data accuracy and visibility on contracts and performance metrics.
  • Analyze customer trends, tender activities, and market developments to deliver reliable forecasts and actionable strategic insights.
