About The Position

At GATE Hospitality Group, we are committed to developing future leaders in luxury hospitality. Our J-1 Internship Program offers a dynamic, hands-on experience designed for individuals passionate about Food & Beverage and Culinary Arts within a Forbes-level service environment. This 12-month immersive program provides international interns with the opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop professional skills, and learn from industry leaders across our award-winning properties. The program includes a 12-month placement in Food & Beverage or Culinary operations, hands-on experience in frontline roles, rotational job shadowing, completion of a capstone project, access to on-the-job and self-paced training, and opportunities to network with peers and leaders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Culinary, or related program.
• Must be eligible for a J-1 Visa through an approved sponsor.
• Strong passion for Food & Beverage or Culinary Arts.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Interns must maintain valid work authorization for the duration of the program.
