About The Position

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is searching for a dependable International Executive Housekeeper to support daily cleaning and sanitation operations at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in accordance with company policies and contract specifications. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience (5 years)
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safe use of cleaning chemicals
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Compliance with International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA) standards

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas in accordance with IEHA best practices
Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, break rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE
Adhere to established schedules, quality standards, and inspection requirements
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all work areas
Dusting and polishing furniture
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas
Restocking supplies as needed
