This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company. ABOUT THE POSITION This position is responsible for developing and growing the Emerging Brands, (Sorel, Mountain Hardwear & prAna), in the IDR regions, focusing on apparel, accessories and footwear. This role is responsible for the development and execution of strategic expansion and penetration of Emerging Brands within the assigned regions. This includes working closely with Sales Directors to manage partner relationships, work with existing Distributors and identifying and expanding into new markets. With strong consultation from Sales Directors, it includes developing and executing business plans at a country and regional level, working with Distributors on business financial planning, assortment planning, and seasonal execution of sales, product assortment and marketing plans.
