We’re looking for an organized, innovative, proactive intern to join the team behind BBYO International Convention (IC), one of the largest gatherings of Jewish teens in the world. You’ll work alongside experienced event professionals, helping coordinate the logistics, systems, and operations that bring this global experience to life. The ideal candidate can work independently, is hardworking, and eager to learn. We will work with your college schedule! Who We Are: We're a global network of passionate professionals excited to make a difference in the lives of Jewish teens. We are the Jewish community's largest and fastest-growing pluralistic platform for reaching and inspiring Jewish teens, built on a century storied history. We support over 600 local, teen-led local chapters across more than 50 countries, at more than 100-weekend retreats during the school year and across a rapidly growing suite of global exchanges, campaigns, and movement initiatives all year round. Our team is strong, agile, creative, and inclusive. We are fast-paced, high-energy and results-driven, and we enjoy working together just as much as we believe in our mission. What Is International Convention (IC)? Every Presidents’ Day weekend, BBYO brings together 3,500+ Jewish teen leaders, educators, professionals, and philanthropists. Delegates hear from inspiring speakers, develop leadership skills, serve the local community, celebrate Shabbat, attend exclusive music performances, and shape the Jewish future. Behind the scenes, IC requires months of planning, coordination, and operational excellence, and as an intern, you’ll play a meaningful role in making it happen. Who You Are: You’re a college student interested in gaining hands-on experience in event operations, logistics, and systems management. You enjoy creating structure, staying organized, and managing processes that keep teams running efficiently. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects while collaborating with others. You don’t mind spreadsheets, checklists, and details, in fact, you enjoy bringing order to complexity. You’re excited by fast-paced environments and want to contribute to the success of a large-scale global event. This is a paid internship compensated at $18.40 an hour, with 15-20 hours/week from September 2026 through March 2027
