International Client and Sales Support Lead

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in international banking services such as Trade Finance, Standby letters of credit, Supply Chain Finance and Foreign Exchange
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and systems is preferred
Responsibilities
- Represent International on related projects
- Onboarding of both internal and external clients
- Support Sales team for client demos and marketing materials
- Handle systems enhancement, processes and testing
- Pre and post processing support for Trade and Standby teams
- Lead the Business Process Improvement efforts for Trade and Standby LCs
- Other duties as assigned
