About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.
1 to 3 years’ experience in a relevant position would be considered an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Great technical ease, particularly with the use of Excel.
Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French).

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SQL, VBA and PowerBI would be considered an asset.
International experience would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Define and implement order intakes strategies for international markets.
Coordinate, standardize and optimize international order management processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across regions.
Serves as a primary point of contact for international teams on all matters related to order management.
Conduct in-depth analyses and provide strategic recommendations based on business needs.
Play a key role in powersports vehicle planning processes, working closely with Product Managers and Market Specialists.
Participate in sales target setting and the development of the five-year volume planning strategies.
Develop and maintain sales reports and key performance indicators to support business decision-making.
