About The Position

Apple Creator Studio is seeking an experienced International Business Manager to lead and grow a team focused on Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention across international markets. This role involves researching market opportunities, developing multi-year growth plans and marketing campaigns globally to drive awareness, engagement, and subscriber growth. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, design, finance, and geo teams to execute initiatives and achieve business results. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader adept at simplifying complexity, influencing within a matrixed organization, and partnering with various Apple functions to meet business objectives. This role is based in our Bielsko-Biala, Poland office, with potential flexibility for Warsaw with monthly travel to Bielsko-Biala.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, etc.
  • Works effectively in a rapid and very collaborative environment and manages ambiguity with minimal guidance.
  • Prior experience managing small yet nimble cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs to feature and product designs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities from many angles (both quantitative and qualitative).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a Poland-based team focused on international Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention for Apple Creator Studio
  • Set the strategic vision and manage day-to-day leadership of the team, fostering growth, clarity, and a high standard of execution
  • Identify new customer acquisition channels across internal and external partnerships, enterprise, education, etc.
  • Develop multi-year forward thinking growth plans and marketing campaigns in priority regions and customer segments as well as across extended offers to drive both new customer acquisition and win back, including coordinating the execution of this strategy by the Apple business teams in different geos.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including services marketing, product marketing, engineering, and design to achieve shared objectives that deliver meaningful business results.
  • Present quarterly updates to senior leadership, ensuring every decision is data-driven and aligned with Apple’s goals for growth and customer engagement.
  • Identify creative and novel ways of structuring incentives, business models, and ways of working to allow the business to be nimble and enable efficient scale.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities and support business decisions.
  • Translate business needs to feature and product designs.
