About The Position

The International AR Specialist supports the finance department through a variety of administrative, accounting-based activities. This individual must be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team. The work environment is fast-paced and progressive. This role will work closely with our International team and occasionally support domestic customers, which requires the ability to speak and write in the Spanish language.

Requirements

Detail-oriented
Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
Excellent time management skills
Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Conflict resolution experience preferred
Experience with enterprise-based software is a plus
Occasional Travel is possible

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers for follow-ups on outstanding receivables
Opening of new customer accounts and determining credit limits
Coordinating initiation of direct ship invoicing
Research and resolution of billing discrepancies
Send statements to customers
Prepare and send bank deposits
Resolve deductions and vendor bill backs
Cash applications
Interact with personnel from other departments (sales, transportation, warehouse, purchasing)
