Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Process, track, and submit invoices in accordance with university policies and procedures.
• Assist with admissions tasks such as application management, document collection, and data entry.
• Support the Athletics Admissions Coordinator in communicating with prospective and current student-athletes, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information sharing.
• Help coordinate admissions materials, outreach, and reports related to student-athlete recruitment and enrollment.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty, coaches, and external partners.
• Assist with special projects and admissions events as needed.
• Participate in recruitment travel for signing days, admissions events, and outreach initiatives.
• Meet with families during campus visits, assist with tours, and represent Athletics Admissions at events to create a welcoming and informative experience.
