About The Position

The International Admissions & Student Support position will serve as an ambassador for Linfield Christians Schools’ International department. The International Admissions & Support position will support the International department through all forms of communication, fostering and maintain relationships with agents, guardians, and students and host families.

Requirements

  • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Google Suite
  • Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time and support Linfield Christian Schools goals and values.
  • Write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; present numerical data effectively; able to analyze and interpret written information
  • Prioritize and plans work activities; uses time efficiently and sets goals and objectives
  • Meets deadlines; completes work in a timely manner; strives to increases productivity and works quickly
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to manage difficult situations; responds promptly to students needs and meets commitments

Nice To Haves

  • BA / BS degree preferred
  • One to three years’ experience working with International Students preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all student information, databases, and records
  • Coordinates the inquiry, application, and admissions process for all qualified international students
  • Schedule and facilitate student/agent tours
  • Work closely with the business office in tracking al tuition related fees and payments
  • Maintain all marketing and promotional materials including brochures, packets, and inventory
  • Manage all aspects of Linfield Christian Schools Homestay Program (recruitment of prospective families, application, screening, interviewing, home visits)
  • Help facilitate programs for students, guardians, and homestay parents (orientation/trainings)
  • Manage enrollment and claims for all Student Insurance
  • Assist with International program events, student meetings, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
